Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your time at Vacations To Go was such a disappointment.
We want every new travel counselor to be successful and graduate from training, and do understand it takes time to adjust to selling a new product and working in a new environment. This is exactly why we devote a significant amount of time and resources to training our newest employees.
However, during the four-month training period, we do expect new travel counselors to make progress, and we check-in regularly with them to give feedback, answer questions and provide one-on-one coaching.
Extra support and training are always available to agents who aren’t thriving or hitting our training benchmarks. In these rare instances, the travel counselor is regularly informed of their standing with the company and are made aware of the requirements they must meet to move beyond training.
I am truly sorry your employment with us didn’t work out – it is a loss for everyone involved when we have to part ways, but we are confident that you will find a position that is a great fit for you.
