1: more maintenance projects, quite obsolete in terms of technologies and quality. 2: Less growth opportunities, most of the projects are maintanence thus, not very high opportunities to align yourself on latest advancement within automotive industry. 3:sit back manager's attitude. may depends on the team, but team manager does not have a plan for your growth and advancement. its like going with the wind.
