      Fun technologies and opportunities. Nice co-workers who are in the same leaky boat as you.

      Cons

      Horribly managed; No forecast for the future; Process is rarely followed or bypassed; Quality is not given priority; Methods and tools are rather immature; Cannot retain its employees - frustration is high.

      I just had to fill this

      * Uses visas to hire cheap labors. Pays them less and forces them to work for more than 8 hours and on weekends. * Teams during discussion randomly starts talking in their native language and the management doesn't stop them. * No research going on and none of the managers seems interested in taking up this responsibility * Favoritism, poor management and unplanned projects is destroying Valeo Troy
