Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry that you aren’t having a great experience during your time here. This can be a tough job and isn't for everyone. Related to your comment on pay, we consistently evaluate the pay rate for our part time Service Valet position to ensure we remain competitive in each of the markets we serve. This includes making necessary adjustments to increase or decrease budgets for each property based on factors that may change in expected completion times. I understand you may not find value in our communication channels or rewards programs; however, a large portion of our associates do. It’s important that we offer a platform to connect and share updates with all associates, informing them on a wide range of topics, including safety. We also are proud to offer a rewards program, one that goes above and beyond the hourly pay provided to recognize those associates with extra financial incentives. We appreciate everything you do for us and look forward to working hard to make Valet Living the best place possible to work and build a career.

Thank you for posting a review. We are happy to see you are having a positive experience as a Service Valet. This position isn't for everyone but we can't agree more that it will help get you in shape! As a company that is employee first, we are proud of our internal promotions. All opportunities for full time positions are posted internally and you are encouraged to apply for any position you are interested in. I would also recommend speaking with your direct manager regarding interest in advancement. Our district manager positions are filled internally about 40% of the time, so there's a lot of internal movement from Service Valet to District Manager nationwide. If you would like to follow up with me directly regarding your interest in career growth, please email me directly at antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com. Thanks again for taking the time to post a review.
