Pros

You get to work with soldiers and units who deserve your time.

Cons

Valiant is a corporation who will not care for you in the slightest. In December they had a virtual meeting, that praised the contracts ability to make money. The next month in order to win the contract for another 3 years, they cut salary 20% across the board and any empty positions. And to do this after 3 years of no bonuses or pay increases, is a slap in the face to every employee there.

Pros

You will get a paycheck. Insurance is ok.

Cons

Very little communication from the top down. You'll receive emails that they are hiring someone in a new made up spot at a top managment level while reducing pay for employees. Travel pay is always delayed, they will never work with you to make travel convenient because this company is only worried about PROFITS. They will nickle and dime everything out of employees just so they can hire another one of their buddies into made up top level executive positions where they have no clue how to run a program. There is zero culture and Valiant does not make you feel like a valued employee.

Pros

Plenty of work if you're interested in taking on more responsibility.

Cons

1. People are hired just because they know an Exec 2. Unqualified people put in leadership role which leads to them hiring more unqualified people. 3. Leadership does a poor job of explaining what is happening on the corporate side. 4. Poor vision. 5. No one takes responsibility for their poor decision making skills. 6. Lack of people management skills. 7. Diversity is lacking (what else is new?).
