      Pros

      Great benefits, they care about their employees, both their wellness and continues education/certifications, Awesome Team, Great Leadership. It was remarkable and surprising to receive a meeting invitation from the CEO within a few days after accepting the offer.

      Cons

      There are no cons; from what I've seen, it's going to be a leader in the sector, and it's a fast-growing company.

      Pros

      The owner seem team oriented and wants to have engagement with employees.

      Cons

      The people in leadership for their contract is racist, sexist. They never investigated basic human rights violation of recording someone without permission and leveraged this . They used employees when they are in need and quick to fire you after. The pay compared to competition is a joke.

      Pros

      A company full of hard workers and talented people who at the end of the day are also human. Human in the fact that management and peers care about you and interact with you as not only co-workers but friends. We are all dedicated to Valiant and our mission and passionate about the work that we do.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say.
