      Pros

      The pay was matched market value for the position.

      Cons

      1 -No work/life balance. 2 -Will not provide tools to do our job but will still hold you accountable for performance. 3 -Micromanagement happens here even if your position is remote. 4 -Communicating issues to management or even CEO is pointless. Issues were reported several times and nothing changed.

      Great company with a heavy focus on the employee

      Pros

      Even though Valiant is customer focused, they know that their Employees and their skills are the key to successful customer engagements. Management definitely takes time to make sure you are supported and removes ambiguity from your day to day.

      Cons

      Contracting puts you in a position to have multiple bosses and objectives that can seem at odds. Valiant Management does a great job reducing that friction.
