      Pros

      I count my blessings to work for a company that cares deeply about both its employees and its customers. No idea is too small, and all are welcome. I appreciate all that I have learned and continue to learn from my team here at Valiant. It's an exciting time as we experience rapid growth and upward momentum. Thrilled to be part of such a rewarding environment!

      Pros

      Valiant really has a family vibe throughout. Senior management knows how to connect with you (even if you are telecommuting) to make you feel like you are part of the team. I've worked with several other small and medium-sized IT based businesses that really lack the ability to connect with their employees outside the work environment.

      Pros

      Good pay (while you have a job).

      Cons

      You will never know when they are about to drop the hammer and lay you off. They are a lawsuit walking. Unprofessional and unethical treatment of "valued employees". They have had the highest employee turnover of any company I have ever worked for. Know that they do not have any funding - you are a contractor and could lose your job at any moment! Positive reviews here are solicited.
