      job flexibility and nothing else.

      Cons

      Plenty of cons- Beswick doesn't not have a clue or a reliable plan. The commercial team does not respect him, The C-leaderships are buddies and everyone else is shortlisted. Steve Hooper is not a fan of other races as well
