My personal experience has been wonderful. Middle management cares about their staff and wants to see you succeed.

Cons

It is owned and managed by a private equity firm, and the upper management sees fairly regular turnover leading to uneasy direction and decisions.

Decent pay, work load was reasonable, very good equipment

Cons

Going to nasty muddy landfills after having truck washed , same route consistently, no rain for extended periods meant less work, very tight time constraints often on long runs barely leaving lime for stopping at a red light causing you to run out of drive time
