      Co-workers are friendly, smart, hard working The products have been great in the past

      Poor Training...No Chance for Success

      Free meals, great office, great location

      Cons

      The training was extremely poor. They glaze over alot of things and don't truly focus on things that help you be successful at your job. They have a very high turnover rate because of this. Never felt like I was confident in what I was doing.

      There isn't a single redeeming or quality about this organization. No one likes coming to work.

      Cons

      The place is a sham. There isn't one single person in the Boston office that is satisfied with the work environment. The place is becoming a sweatshop with no culture. Everyone is afraid of losing their jobs. The entire organization is managed by intimidation. No wonder that people don't stay more than a year. Stop posting the fake good reviews and fix the issues.

      We're disappointed to hear about your experience at Validity not meeting your expectations. We strongly disagree with your statement that the company posts "fake reviews"--this is absolutely not a practice at Validity and does not align with our company values. It's quite possible that other people simple enjoy their work and/or the Company environment, even if it's not for you. We have many employees, including in our Boston office, who have worked for Validity for more than a year, so we are confused about your statement to the contrary. With that being said, we will be investigating your comments about intimidation and fear of losing jobs, as this is not aligned to the culture we strive to create and maintain.
