6yWe appreciate the time you spend to leave a review about your experience. We care deeply about what our team members' experiences are with the business. That being said, your review shares a number of inconsistencies. Validity does have processes in place in all departments, but as a fast-growing company, we don't have processes for everything--that would hamper our ability to be responsive and growth-oriented. We also disagree with your comment about turnover--we are proud to have a voluntary turnover rate that is below industry average. We understand the the work and changes may not be easy on everyone, but we still strive to make it a fun place to work, as you mentioned in your comments about enjoying team engagement activities and hiring great people.
