Although there’s a high degree of transparency around expectations, they’re still very high. The company provides thorough training for new hires, as well as professional mentorship throughout the course of your career. Because of all the effort they put into every single employee, there’s really no excuse not to excel at this company unless you’re not putting in any effort whatsoever.
