Having spent my entire career in network solutions, I feel like I know a good one when I see it. I was specifically drawn to Validity because of the exceptional, visionary leadership that wanted to create something different, with a unique and refreshing point of view that has attracted a large range of customers from across the globe. But what makes Validity particularly special is the people. The people here are genuine, kind, hard-working, and supportive, across all sectors. No one is afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work, no matter what their level, and it is truly a ‘leave your ego at the door’ environment. I joined Validity because I wanted to work alongside so many talented people and because I’m genuinely invested in the company’s success. Never have I been at a company where people truly enjoy what they do, until now. It is genuinely an honor, a privilege, and FUN to problem solve among some of the industry’s most seasoned professionals, not to mention the experts in other departments who willingly jump in to lend a hand. If you’re looking for status quo, you won’t find it here. Validity is about working hard to set new precedents and achieve ever greater heights. I can say with confidence that I’m here for the long run, as I can’t imagine a better place to further my career where I love what I do.

As with all agencies, we want more of a good thing! The company could always use more hard-working employees, more raises, more promotions, more bonuses, or more interesting clients.
