Pros

Validity's culture has to be the best piece of our organization. When you couple that with solid products that really make an impact on our customer's day-to-day you get a work environment that is truly fun to be in. Upper Management is consistently promoting within the organization so with the right work ethic you carve your own future here.

Cons

There's no organization out there that is all sunshine and rainbows (although Microsoft is pretty rad for that 4-day work week). We are a fast-moving, rapidly growing organization and with that, there will be some bumps along the road. If you can keep a level head and drive towards the Validity vision, you will enjoy an amazing work culture while at the same time growing your professional skillset.. and make some pretty decent cash too!

Pros

Validity was my favorite company I’ve worked for in my career. I was challenged, pushed to learn and acquire skills I never knew I had. The product offering is top notch and solves many data standardization issues and email marketing challenges.

Cons

No cons, just opportunity for improvement. -With any fast growing company, there is a lot of change... So much change where the change that was made 20 minutes ago is now changed. -Consider re-visiting the pricing model ...Focusing on cross-sell is mission critical but takes time to spin up -Sales goals are VERY aggressive and unattainable.I’m hoping there will be a change in 2k20 for everyone still there. -Compensation is light but hoping 2k20 is different.

Pros

Whether you're coming in and need to be mentored or you're ready to shine on your own, Validity gives everyone opportunities to excel at your job with a huge potential reward (and little risk overall). A very good group of people to work with, all on a mission to make it happen individually and as a group. Tight knit engineering teams in Colorado, California and Massachusetts.

Cons

Lots of opportunities to show your best self but not to catch you if you fail.
