We appreciate that you took time to leave a review about Validity. Our team members are absolutely not considered disposable. Validity's recent recent staff reduction due to the COVID-19 pandemic involved many difficult decisions and was not taken lightly. Employees at every level of our business and across the globe were impacted but this unfortunate situation.
