Leadership lies. Numbers reported are just smoke and mirrors that look good, but I reality it failing.

Remote working for everyone in covid

Cons

Cutting commissions led to a lot of top performers leaving. If you’re going for a sales role - don’t. SDRs commission plan shouldn’t solely be based on closed business / we’re not AEs.
