Most of the team members are nice and helpful, my manager was very supportive. It' s a fast-paced working environment with interesting products. Hybrid working model with some opportunities for remote work

Cons

Salary isn't competitive and benefits are pretty basic. Cross-functional communication needs improvement. Recognition and opportunities for learning and development are not that good.

Pros

It has been a really flat organisation with direct contact with almost every member of executive committee. Employ like minded, friendly people with loads of interaction, events, training, support and flexibility with a be yourself mindset.

Cons

Undergoing an aquisition by a company that seems very keen to cut costs and take risks to do so. They have made durastic changes already. Putting us in uncomfortable, life-changing and unnecessary situations. Script selling is coming in.
