Pros

Great people, live close, new facility, new equipment, alright place to work, could be worse i guess. The higher up management in constant contact.

Cons

Alot of overtime low pay to much turnover shipping supervisor dont know what they are doing. Temporary employees make more then senior people. To much change is a bad thing. Management is already talking about productivity numbers when they dont know nothing themselves.

Pros

If you are assigned a good customer to service, things can be fine. But if you are assigned a demanding customer with a doomed mission there are not many pros.

Cons

I have been with this company for many years and I have seen it go through several ownership changes and each time the salaries, benefits and culture has declined and you feel like just a number. When you haven't received an increase in 3 years and told they are now in a pay freeze BUT you have to contribute even more so the profit margins can climb so all the people at the top can get their bonuses and private stock issues- It stinks and is unfair.
