      Pros

      Good group of people to work with, very down to earth boss, work days go by quick, no weekends unless its discussed weeks in advanced, which you are compensated for. Everyone is open for new ideas and outside opinions, brothers keeper attitude

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for advancement, usually have to wait for someone to leave or get promoted but you are able to progress. Money could be better.

      Pros

      The foundation of what IDG was makes the old company a great idea to believe in. The systems are not too difficult, the work is not earth shattering, and there are some great people that you come across in the course of your employment.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition and merger, the executive level management has been on a non-stop restructure and that uncertainty is causing a trickle down in the policies and best practices that the company is pushing out. There are too many changes and new roll outs without fixing or perfecting existing systems and policies and it is causing chaos internally.
