They advanced me to higher positions in a short amount of time. I got along with my coworkers. And the work weeks were ten hour days four days a week.

Cons

Quick to advance position without pay uncreases. It was a tobacco free company. And our breaks were only 10mins long

Good experience for your resume, opportunities to learn more about industrial products, depending on your position you can have a great impact to your customers' operations, if you are willing to relocate there may be job opportunities, no weekend hours and I get to be home for dinner every night

Cons

Salary, merit increase freezes, Accounts Payable department, no upward mobility, lack of communication or direction from corporate, management shows preferential treatment and the playing field is not level, micromanagement
