Pros
hours are 7:30am-4pm. M-F. Which for me is good because i have a young daughter who is in school. There are benefits as far as health care and paid vacation and sick days. No complaints there. Overtime is normally offered if needs be. Always a benefit.
Cons
No area for improvement unless you backdoor someone or "know" someone. Each job is interchangeable. So you do not get raises based on your quality of work or experience. You only get raises yearly. So as an example, the site i work on split into two different companies so we lost two people and he was getting paid about $3 more then me because he was on the site longer. long story short i took over my position and his position and i still get paid the same.
