The company takes care of their employees and rewards them. The work environment is great and the concern for Safety is number 1.

Cons

The company is very successful and well known in Western Canada however the direction in the east coast is severely limited.

Cons

There is no growth unless you are a friend of VIP no matter If you are smart or not. There is no training (Really, There is not) No International relation with Sonepar (Unless you are a Manager at least) No empowerment
