Pros

An "easy" place to join for entry-levels, even easier if you made an internship before. Some positions seem to have a strong work-life balance (top management) A good HR department.

Cons

Not work development. Very low salaries Not too much career development Not a great place for people who want great exposure or develop a great career Operative staff lacks of work-life balance and very low salaries. Not a strong brand for your resume.

Good Employment in a Growing Company

Pros

Growing company. Very competitive in Sales and the Top Player in Storeroom Management Solutions. Two major branches: Sales and Integrated Solutions (Storeroom Management). Well organized with Supplier networks, Administrative, Training, and distribution systems to support sales and Customer storeroom management operations. Opportunities for growth are available but may require relocation to where customers are. Compensation and benefits are generally good (See below). Many capable, motivated fellow workers. Company tends to prefer promoting from within. Capable management that is easy to contact and engage.

Cons

Benefits OK. Not great, but they are available and easy to make use of. Sales and Storeroom Management employees at remote or undermanned locations may feel "left hanging" or isolated from the rest of the company. These positions require a higher degree of drive and initiative than others to succeed. Compensation is usually tied to sales projections or contract budget limits with customers, so they may not allow for much improvement year over year. Opportunities for growth are plenty, but usually require relocation to where the position exists.
