Great co-workers, ISR, and DC. Love my VMI guys, they need more pay! We all pull together for the customer satisfaction, and to WIN daily. it we don't someone else will..... Build that TRUST, and Bond with the customer daily! They are our family, and the trust Vallen for the best support, Knowledge, and service! Be different! Stand out! Great benefits, and 401K match is getting better.... Belmont is a great community to start and raise a family!!

Cons

1-Sales need higher commission rates, increase rates back to 7-10% like the old days. 2-Need younger ISR to be training "TODAY" to support the retiring fleet....I need support most days and response times are getting slower on quotes. 3-Return ISR back to office and create a FUN environment in Belmont! The young crowd love Belmont community just outside charlotte, and lake activity.
