Pros
Loved providing care to the local community here. Supportive coworkers. Good benefits. They provide Up To Date as clinical resoure.
Cons
Higher ups mostly care about how many patients you see an hour (like every clinic). All about bringing in money instead of retaining clinicians and improving their job satisfaction. Most MAs are underpaid and not motivated to work hard for low pay. Some work really hard and deserve more pay.
