      good people, convenient parking, good values

      Cons

      awful health insurance. don't accumulate vacation until after 6 months don't get paid for holidays until after 6 months POOR pay no room for advancement

      Clean supplies and equipment, good benefits, rewarding to work with population in need

      Cons

      VERY poor communication, nothing ever really gets done. and lack of strong leadership in management. Lack of high-quality training. No room for growth, poor morale.
