      Pros

      Valley Forge is a creative colorful environment that u fall in love with u enter for the first time . The teams internally are the most hard work people I ever know . there is a space to create , to give back to the community, to be involved on amazing and futuristic projects that none of the competitors can even imagine It is an experience that nobody should miss if u are looking for a job , as u will not only work hard , but learn , have fun and be able to create .

      Cons

      HQ are in Pompano so if u don't live around it can be a long ride but worth it

      I love this review. We are truly lucky to work on some of the most prominent hotels in the country, and working towards some of the most future forward technologies that exist, or soon will. What we are most grateful for is our team, and the constant collaboration and focus everyone has to drive things forward to a great future.

      You always have to defend yourself, work product if there is a mistake. There’s a lot of looking at “who to blame” when things go wrong.

      Thank you so much for the review. I am happy to hear we allow autonomy. Our goal is to allow more and more. In terms of the "who to blame", we have been hugely focused on that and creating an atmosphere that is really only about the solution, and the go forward. We have felt major forward motion in regards to this, and need to maintain this focus for sure on being only solutions based. Mikey
