5yWe are happy we are understanding on time. We are believers that with A players, the hours arent exactly as important as the results. We have a lot of results driven people, so it works for us.
Communication during Covid definitely got much much harder. We are now coming out of that, and it feels so much better every week (I think the whole world does!).
