You will feel like a hamster

Pros

I cannot stress enough how terrible was the work experience there, however all experiences are learning experience and can still yield positive outcomes and help you grow.

Cons

Poor training, lack of trust and care for employees, undefined performance expectations, your every move will be tracked, even outside the office. There's no room for advancement, you are just made to feel like a hamster running on a wheel. It's like running towards the finish line you will never get to until you drop dead of complete exhaustion.

I am sorry to read your review, and can definitely understand that the point of view for many members of our team definitely vary greatly (just looking at the past 8 days of reviews). We have had several promotions in the past year for members of the team, and in the past 90 days, the organization has begun to normalize from what was a very unique 15 months. I am sorry this was not the best fit for you or us, but we do wish you the best going forward. mikey

Extremely poor work environment.

Pros

Competitive pay and great hiring incentives.

Cons

Highest management turnover I have ever encountered, and they didn't seem to care. They also tend to find ways to go back on everything they offer you, they would flat out lie to you to cover up their poor reputation. There was also not much room to grow within the company. Extremely poor work environment.

I am sorry in your 1 year or less with us, you had a tough experience. There is no doubt that we had a high turnover in 2020. We service the hotel industry, and unfortunately, we were one of the hardest hit industries (along with airlines, cruise ships, and casinos) that Covid seemed to pinpoint on. We did have turnover. Although 2020 was hard, we now look at it as the most pivotal and important year in our business. We came out incredibly strong, and we are investing in the team more than ever. The truly good news is that we are hiring now, and coming out of Covid with huge strength. I am so sorry for the 2020 experience as I know it was not easy, but by Q4, everything became bright, and the hard work of our entire team truly paid off in such a great way. I have never been more proud of our team than I am right now. mikey

Thank you for the review. I feel like Covid was our true test for team, strength, and character. Being a supplier to the hotel industry, the business landscape definitely shifted, and I am so proud of our team for working so diligently and quickly. We are so much stronger than we were in 2019 and 2020, and I have never been more confident in our future, and all of it is due to the team. I am so proud to be part of this family every day. Mikey
