Pros

For me, the only positive was the coworkers who tried to support each other despite the environment.

Cons

My experience at Valley Health System Lifestyles was overwhelmingly negative. The workplace culture often felt dismissive, negligent, and uncaring, and leadership demonstrated poor communication and ineffective management throughout my time there. I personally witnessed situations involving harassment and even violence, and in my view, the organization failed to protect employees from individuals who were known to be problematic. Concerns raised by staff were not taken seriously, and the environment frequently felt hostile and unsafe. I ultimately filed an OSHA complaint because I believed the conditions were dangerous. Although that case is now closed, my experience left me unable to recommend this employer.
