Pros

The benefit plans were excellent and incredibly cheap for the amount of coverage you receive. They also match about 6-8% on 401k and provide quarterly bonuses. Paid time off was abundant.

Cons

Not the most flexible scheduling.

Pros

Most of the staff is great to work with. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very patient orientated. Most doctors treat you with respect even though many of them are clueless. 90% of employees want to help each other and work together.

Cons

The ER is horrible & filled with doctors who couldn't diagnose a pimple. Management is sneaky and only cares about their budget. I was harassed by a coworker for a month and nothing was done to help me after multiple complaints. my ex supervisor than trashed me & lied about me after I left when I couldn't tolerate to be abused or bullied anymore. I was singled out and not supported because of my race.

Tries to do the right thing - provides good training & management retreats.

Cons

Not alot of room for advancement. Time off policy is not competitive and admin staff has to follow clinical staff regulations.
