Pros

Excellent experience with some talented staff! Advancing education and personal growth was always encouraged and supported. Some middle managers are very supportive.

Cons

Upper management can’t see what the real problems are, due to middle management communication issues. The organization pays for a consulting firm to evaluate the current staff load, etc. and the organization decided to ignore the recommendation of additional staff.

We want to thank you for sharing your experience and for being a dedicated member of our team. Our dedication to our employee’s professional development and education is a priority for us, and we appreciate that you have experienced this encouragement firsthand. However, we are concerned that within your role you felt underappreciated and overworked, as this is never how we want any of our staff to feel. We value all of our employees and heavily reflect on all feedback, as we strive to make Valley Health a better place.

Pros

Great team to work with. Constant teamwork and comradeship.

Cons

Horrible middle-upper management. Zero management skills from middle management. Management too involved in personal affairs/matters. Management gets too upset when ideas didn't come from them, or the employee got all the praise without any mention to management.
