Only Cares About Upper Mgmt and their Bottom Line

Pros

Can accrue PTO rather quickly.

Cons

Too many too list, benefits get worse every year. They do not care about their employees or patients. They want professional Bobble Heads that won't question things, just do as there told. Their Values Statement (Integrity, Compassion) is superficial for appearances only. They only care about their bottom line, and should have their non-profit tax exempt status taken away.

Pros

It is a paycheck...regret the day I walked in the door

Cons

They claim that the numbr one priority is the patients, that is a joke..the only thing they care about is how much money is coming in so upper crust can get their yearly bonus....If you do not hold a title of Manager,Director,Ceo , VP, President...you are nothing

Work hard with no advancement or incentives

Pros

I got paid on time.

Cons

The management is terrible, the incentives have been reduced to near zero while the upper echelon lines it's pocket. The organization continues to expand while paying the most meager salaries. The raises have all but stopped while the company spends millions of dollars to build even more hospitals and structures. Plus if you manage to make somebody mad, they will run you out the door one way or another.
