Pros

At the onset of my employment, there were opportunities for advancement and growth. Most of the people there were truly amazing to work with. The pay was fair, the benefits were good.

Cons

Other than the CEO of VHA, the management was pathetic. The constant reassignments and reorganization was simply too much. Good people who worked hard and performed well were demoted and inexperienced fools who couldn't form sentences were promoted to positions in which they abused power.
