Pros

Good company to work for, if you enjoy elderly this is a great place.

Cons

Feels like always short-staffed. Some employees seem to take their job more seriously than others, the company doesn't always respond quickly to needs of employees to do their job.

Pros

Currently work flex as a PCA. Having this position has helped with my busy school schedule and allowing me to pick up shifts when I have the time.

Cons

At times it seems like certain workers got favored more than others and would get more shifts. It has gotten a lot better over time tho.
