Pros

Free Meals. Great Coworkers. Great internal training programs Security personnel is professional and helpful to employees and customers. Beautiful location and views of the mountains and valleys. Good bonus structure for salaried employees.

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism run rampant. Very unprofessional gaming commission. Inconsistent with disciplinary procedures. Not held accountable by federal agencies that assist employees. Tribal members do not have to follow the same rules as other employees.
