Pros
Paid lunch, an off center shift. 4 day week, 5 day week. As along as you communicate they will work around so that your schedule doesn't impact your personal life. There is also an employee space that always has food available. graveyard shifts receive a 10% pay bonus. There is health benefits and I believe a 401k. You accrue PTO at a rate of about 1 day a month and the longer you work there the more it goes up. They also have a program to help with college funding too. I believe it is best suited for transitioning(temp work), entry level, or retirees. It is a great company, but career wise, there is not much room to advance. So the chance of you getting stuck as a worker, lead, or supervisor is very high. There are a wide range of positions and job availabilities, however there is not much room to go upwards. My understanding of the hierarchy is essentially: Department: workers
Cons
slot techs dont get tips, so people who want more money usually switch to slot attendant due to tip range.
