Exceptional leadership. Free lunch in employee café. Good training opportunities.

Cons

Ingesting a lot of smoke on Casino floor. Officers who have been employed for a long time do not contribute to the workload.

There is always something to deal with. Your job will always be fill with interesting people, a place that promises to keep you on your toes. Best part of working at VVCH is the Team Member Daily Dish. Great Salary Selection of advancement opportunities, that is if your manager likes you.

Cons

Dealing with management politics . Every department has drama Hr Department including the Upper Management needs to be replaced with genuine people
