Terrible and unsafe work ethics

Pros

New hospital being built and will get out of an outdated building

Cons

Pressure to perform tasks outside of scope of practice. Nurses constantly sexually harassing each other. Nurse externs do not get to do there job, they only are used as PCTs. Management are rude and don’t keep promises. There is major favoritism. Everything is one sided when it comes to complaints and they do not listen to the other persons side. They do not care if you get hurt on the floor they brush it off.

Pros

Health System has gone totally electronic with the medical record.

Cons

IT leadership from the CIO down to the team manager, lack experience in managing people, and policies. The employee suffers greatly due to managements inability to make a decision. Until they get major overhaul of the leadership, they will just be another "County Hospital".

Pros

Good Benefits. Some nice, skilled, knowledgeable coworkers.

Cons

IT talks a good game, but is really disorganized. It's a shame they waste so much money on contractors, hardware, software but don't support their employees.
