Racists/ prejudice patient base against black people. Low wages for years of experience they offered $19hr when I was making $24 at a competitor before & have been doing high volume venipunctures for over 3 years Inadequate training. Unrealistic expectations. High employee turnover. Lacking high quality management. Mixed messaging. Power Trip. Not trustworthy. Gossip. Hospital nurses and phlebotomist have terrible reviews from patients. So many patients have told me that nurses and Hospital phlebotomists have bruised or hurt their arms.
