Learning different cultures and inmates to help them and some nice people

Cons

Management they do not care about you or your life outside of their business. Retirement is Mandatory and they automatically take 12%of your pay every two weeks. Get no discounts at the cafeteria and the cafeteria is super expensive. And the company only cares about their self.
