Pros

The support from coworkers is stellar at ValleyWise. You have support for the support, there is that much support there from your collogues.

Cons

Their management didn't understand the flexibility needed in life to allow systems to run. Had this manager be in charge of the world nobody would be allowed to drive a vehicle due to speeding 1 mph over the limit too many times. The pay is low.

Great patient population/pathology. Hands on experience and unique opportunity to grow as a professional.

Cons

Lack of strong leadership. Residents are undermined by attendings fostering current nursing challenging behavior. Constant battle with an unaccountable nursing staff.
