The staff is great, most are there to assist the patient in getting better and they are a joy to work with.

Cons

Too many to list and this site keeps names from being disclosed, so if you go to work there, smile back, but know that there are those that will harm patients to make you look bad if they don't like you.

Huge opportunities for learning, large patient population, wide range of diversity with coworkers, Excellent care provided to patients, creative and innovative ways of providing necessary care.

Cons

If you don't fit in at first, you never will. Pay raises are not based on performance, and they are very rare.
