The pay was good at least

Cons

Management runs people out that call them on there mistakes. Management doesn't care about work life balance at all. Clinics are busy and you recieve little to no support.

Pros

government retirement program and a strong mission to serve the underserved in our community. Leadership has been stable but that could change.

Cons

Government! limited resource, utter lack of creativity to problem solving and there is no concept of customer service (since the patient population is poor the attitude seems to be they should just be happy we are here!0
