Poor work environment. Poor pay. Management seems to look the other way with less than favorable slacker employees, thus creating hostility among employees.

Pros

Good people for the most part. Most will work very hard to attain or surpass goals. Not a bad working environment.

Cons

Valley plant often not supportive which makes getting things done more difficult. Reality is that production is number one and everything else comes after - it's there, just gets done after production with whatever time is left. Upper management completely disconnected from employees below their level.
