Horrible employer

Pros

Decent pay, fair benefits, no call

Cons

Absolutely zero work life balance. No leadership. Horrible morale. High turnover. Long, long hours and no one cares that you are working yourself to death. Just keep doing more with less to fill the pockets of the company!

Pros

Best work life balance I've ever had. Caring management from top to bottom. Very good PTO and sick time allowances.

Cons

It remains unclear how attainable growth opportunities are. 401K match is very poor.
