      Aimless offshore factory

      Pros

      There are a handful of sharp developers and analysts.

      Cons

      Everyone in the USA with chops left voluntarily or their role was offshored. Worst culture I've ever been a part of. It'll make you think: should I go see a therapist now? If you're a developer, run for the hills and thank me later. If you're a designer, get ready to use lipstick on the pig. This place uses h1b folks hostage in the most unethical and dirty way possible. If you're a leader get ready to cut people who have done nothing but perform phenomenally. From the top down, everyone is an empire builder. The CEO pumps his wife's company in town halls!

      Great potential, but is a startup in wolves clothing

      • Start up feel • Great for self motivated • Some of the people are really nice, smart and great people to work with • Normal work life balance (Less than 45hr weeks on avg) • Bench time has been available but never was an issue (maybe because it is new) • Competitive Salary

      Cons

      • Start up feel • Par at best benefits • No structured on boarding • No structured processes across disciplines or across offices • Not using an effective Agile process • Very little team collaboration • Very little focus or importance on creative or user experience. Tech Shop not a Digital Agency • Limited client work and very little diversity at this time

      They offer moderate salary and benefits Technical consulting with sales exposure possibility

      Cons

      No communication between higher management and employees No better way of sharing the knowledge between people in different geography No processes for improving the work environment but processes to contend people Sales involvement with developers is too much Too demanding to deliver with out planning properly Unprofessional people are out there in all departments, especially sales, HR. They lie, they talk bad words and many more....
