Leadership communication is severely lacking. No insight into career growth.

- became too top heavy yet couldn't bring in work - management became vague and broken promises - lied to about lay offs and restructured every year It was great at the beginning; work was overflowing and we were on awesome projects. But, as time went on we became very repetitive with the boring website or mobile work while we boasted about doing only unique and innovative work. More higher ups came on and they told us it would help with bringing in business yet there was none and they started cutting people left and right. We were told no more surprise layoffs would happen and we were staying afloat and projected to do well for the rest of 2023 but then 2 more rounds of lay offs suddenly happened with just a few days notice management. It sucked to see so many talented people be let go because sales and management couldn't keep their word and DO THEIR JOB! We can't do ours if you can't do yours.
