      Mgmt does not understand the commoditized service offerings they are competing against...C-Suite and Mgmt do not hold each other accountable for lack of growth. Would rather push down to next layer and below...Was sold a bill of goods that didn't exist.

      Nothing at this point as most good people left.

      Cons

      C-level took a great agile company and rebranded into a basic web design firm. Its a $3 a share firm, where it could have been a $250 share company.
